Processing time
Physical orders (posters, print guides, planners) are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days of your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Delivery time
After shipping, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Digital products
E-Guides and other digital downloads are delivered by email right after purchase. No shipping is needed.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
